Lyrics from The New Frontier

Sitting on a hill tonight beneath the summer sky
Well, it seems like I could reach and touch the jewels of light
And the stars don’t seem so cold to me

They feel so full of life
Yes, the universe is breathing like a baby in the night

And how many before me turned their face up to the sky
And wonder if there was a way to leave the Earth behind?
A million years of dreaming, the dream is still alive
And now, the reality is near…

Mars on the horizon, with Venus by his side
And the Moon it pulls upon our souls
The way it tugs the tides
And Jupiter majestically sailing in the sky
These have never seemed so near
This is THE NEW FRONTIER

Shining up on high
There are angels
That we’ve never seen before
There are voices
Singing in the sky
And they’re calling loud and clear
This is THE NEW FRONTIER

The Earth may be our cradle, but the universe is home
There are worlds upon worlds out there
I’m sure we’re not along
There are no boundaries, no limit to this great journey
All around, the path is clear
This is THE NEW FRONTIER
